Nuts, seeds and whole grains are all encouraged during a body detox diet. They all have natural benefits for the body. They all assist the detox process, too.
Vegetables and fruits are something that will probably not be a surprise addition to your body detox diet. Everyone knows about the general good properties of fruits and vegetables. You should try to eat them raw, if possible, since in the natural raw state they provide the most benefit.
In addition to all this food, you want to drink plenty of water. Water is essential to health and will greatly help the detox process. Be sure to drink as much water as possible throughout the day.
