Body Detox Plan - Tips for AFTER You’ve Detoxed
Have you just finished a body detox plan? If so, congratulations! This is a major step on your way to total
body wellness. There are many people who never make it through. So, if you have, you’ve done great. However, after you have gone through a full body detox, the last thing you want to do is ruin the great benefits you have gained. This is why there are some things you should do after you have detoxed. The following are some helpful tips to keep in mind after you have gone through a whole body detox.
Tip #1 - Start Eating Chocolate - Yes, you read right. Eating chocolate can be helpful after you go through a body detox plan. However, it should be semi sweet dark chocolate for the best results. There are many antioxidants found in chocolate as well as healthy fats. Eating chocolate in moderation is important. Sure, there are some health benefits, but this doesn’t mean that you should start eating chocolate like crazy. However, a small amount a couple times a week can be helpful to your body and aid with further detox efforts.
Tip #2 - Drink a Bit of Red Wine - Drinking a bit of red wine is another important tip to keep in mind. After you have gone through a full body detox, you may want to start drinking wine a couple times each week. It contains phytochemicals that are protective to your body. This doesn’t mean turn into a drunk though. This should only be done in moderation, just like the chocolate tip.
Tip #3 - Avoid Processed Foods - As you have been going through your body detox plan, you’ve been avoiding processed foods. Well, for the best results, even after the whole body detox is over, avoiding processed foods is an excellent idea. Processed foods are horrible for you. They also include toxins that are unhealthy for you. So, to maintain the benefits you’ve found after detoxifying your body, just keep those processed foods off your menu list.
Tip #4 - Consider Doing a Couple Detox Days on a Regular Basis - Even after you have gone through a full body detox plan, dong a couple detox days on a regular basis is a great idea. You are still going to encounter toxins on a regular basis. So, to keep feeling great, you’ll need to keep doing some detoxifying along the way. Try doing a couple days here and there, but most importantly, don’t go back to your previous habits. This way you’ll avoid as many toxins as possible.
