The simple part is that you can easily provide good foods for your child that are going to keep them healthy. You need to avoid being too restrictive. Simply making good food choices will be enough to help your child.

Your child will be eating meats that are free from harmful substances, vegetables and fruit that are free from pesticides and snacks that are not loaded with sugar and fat. Generally, letting your child in on your detox diet is a great idea.
It is all about finding that healthy balance. A child can not be restricted in the same way that you will be during your body detox diet. They need to eat and not be limited to a fast of any kind. If you are smart, though, you should be able to find that balance.
